![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you try to add a new account, you cannot if it's the same exact account as current one on the phone. It either allows you to select existing Google account showing there, which most likely is your only one, after which it just tries logging in automatically without letting you enter the new password manually, so you cannot use the new password instead of original one, and as usual it gets you to the same "App Blocked" message. Although even there, Quick Memo fails us, not Google though. This would create a new 16-digit password to use instead of your regular Google Account password, though original one still works as normal, but this new one is specifically generated for granting access to less secure apps. You'd create a profile, name it (obviously name it by the name of the app in question, Quick Memo), and hit Generate. There used to be option in Google Account settings for "less secure apps", it had to be enabled, and it would generate a new password that would work with that specific app that you're trying to allow access to your account. Although I've just switched it off, it's not helped. It all started I think with enabling 2 step verification. There are options for this specific issue, in Google account. ![]()
